Kids and Teens

Hope & Grace Counseling offers a wide range of therapy services for children and teens aged 8 and older. We use various non-medical approaches to help your child or teen manage their inner thoughts. We also help them explore their feelings, relationships, and develop healthy coping strategies to manage the unique challenges that young people today face.  Melanie specializes in ADHD looking at ways for children/teens to help manage all the facets that accompany this developmental disorder.
