How do I know when it is time to see a therapist? The ideal time to start working with a therapist is when you are open to take the first step to explore what is happening in your life. If you're facing challenges in a key relationship, feeling anxious, depressed, or dissatisfied with any part of your life, therapy can offer valuable guidance and feedback to help you move forward and achieve your goals.
